LOGOS Property (LOGOS) is a newly developed 11.3 hectare  industrial estate at 246 Miller Road, Villawood, Western Sydney, with prominent tenants such as Toll Group and Everfast.

Edgewater Connections were engaged by Logos to provide ASP level 3 design and NBN design for the redevelopment of Villawood Estate. As the project evolved, Edgewater Connections scope was expanded to include the project management for NBN construction services.

Edgewater Connections worked with Vaughan Constructions to manage a suitable supply, coordinate electrical distribution and NBN design requirements. This included ASP Level 3 design to decommission existing 2 Ausgrid substations and establish 3 new Ausgrid Kiosk substations on the private road to ensure the safe and reliable continuation of power supply to the enormous industrial estate.

Edgewater Connections provided Vaughan Constructions with support in design and understanding of the process to streamline the projects challengingly short construction timeline.

 
The scope of Edgewater Connections engagement included:

Ausgrid Level 3 ASP distribution design:

  • Establish 3 Kiosk substations on a new private road with cable easement.
  • Decommission existing 2 Ausgrid substations.
